FRESH NEW LOOK
Every 6 and 1/2 minutes, a train rumbles by the brewery, along the West Toronto Railpath. The pleasant and soothing clickity-clack has been an ongoing theme since we starting construction in the spring of 2015. While there are GO trains serving the GTA and VIA trains serving the whole country, it’s the train that runs between Union Station and Pearson Airport that we see most often. Our IPA is bold and bitter with an ABV to match the time between trains.
Tropical, piney, hop-forward, with a clean, dry finish. Medium-bodied, refreshing and palate-cleansing, our IPA straddles the line between east and west coast styles, with a tropical fruity nose and juicy hop flavour. Pearson Express IPA pairs well with bar snacks such as nachos and chicken tacos, spicy dishes like hot wings.
