A modern take on the classic German-style lager, this crisp, refreshing lager brings a medium hop bitterness which lingers on the palate, with a floral and slight pine aroma. It was conditioned for 8 weeks and is the perfect crusher for spring time!

Carbonation: 2.7 Volumes (High)
Malts: 2 Row Pale, Munich I, Aromatic Malt, Caramunich 1, Pale Chocolate, Carafa Special III
Hops: Magnum, Celeia
Yeast: Escarpment Ardennes
Other: Belgian Dark Candi Syrup, Demerara Sugar

Appearance: Dark Brown with orange highlights, long-lasting tan head.

Aroma: Roasted malt, cocoa, fruity ester yeast character.

Taste: Sweet malt, spice, mild breadiness, esters, stone fruit.

Mouthfeel: Medium body, crisp carbonation, warming alcohol, lingering sweetness.

Overall impression: An indulgent Belgian Dubbel that warms those who enjoy it during the cold winter months.
