Lager Series: Myth of Permanence 006 Dunkel
The sixth in a monthly series of limited-releases showcasing various lager styles and, of course, meditating on the transience of all things. This month, we worked with our friends at Toronto’s iconic Civil Liberties to bring you a delicious Dunkel Lager. They were one of the first bars in the city to carry Henderson beer and we’ve worked together on many projects since, including brewing their signature beer for their holiday pop-up bar, Miracle. This 5.5% dunkel is a malty, dry lager with notes of cocoa, and is a perfect beer to toast a great friendship! There is only a limited quantity so, while you might want this beer to stick around forever, it won’t.
