Refund policy
We offer refunds ONLY on damaged or defective merchandise. If you have received a package whose contents have been damaged, broken, or are otherwise defective, please email us at shop@hendersonbrewing.com.
Include any photographs of damaged items to assist us in filing an insurance claim with the delivery carrier.
Beverage Returns
Beverages of all varieties are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Event Ticketing
While event tickets can be transferred to a new ticket-holder, ALL ticket purchases are final sale and are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
For size or other apparel exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of their original item, plus the shipping cost of the new size or colour from Henderson Brewing Co. to their mailing address.
