Origin Story 03: Oyster Shwarzbier
Brewed using 500 Valley Pearl Oysters from PEI, provided by Rodney’s Oyster House, the third release in our Origin Story lager series is this Oyster Schwarzbier: a roasty and malty, medium-bodied delight featuring sweet and briny notes of oysters and a clean, dry finish. Unsurprisingly, perhaps, this beer goes very well with oysters.
