X-1

I bought an array of Rush beers for my oldest friends and me to celebrate our 40th anniversary of seeing Rush and this one was a standout!

Of the five flavours that I bought this was the second to last we opened (we had a little flight sampler of all of them) and I’m glad it was one of the last, because it was so distinct.

The sour was dominant but not overpowering and the finish was nice without lingering. Even though it was a very abrupt departure from the others, it was still a great addition to the “family” and didn’t interfere with the cleaner, more mild taste of the lagers and ales that filled out the sampler.

I enjoyed an entire bottle of X-1 later on its own and it was just as good with dinner as it was among its siblings. Really nice and very different!

Don't be fooled by its clearance price tag, this brew is one for every occasion. It also ages well in a dark cellar, 3 years and it still amazes.

Love the fruit flavours

This is the closest to a RUSH wine that we can get! The taste is full with a hint of cherry and chocolate notes. A must try!

This is so tasty. You can absolutely taste the grape skins and it gives it a really nice full flavour. Our favorite Rush brew to date
