Tasting Notes

OG: 14 Plato IBU: 40 SRM: 5
Carbonation: 2.5 Volumes (Medium)
Malts: Pilsner, Munich II, Carafoam, White Wheat, Acidulated
Hops: Magnum, Strisselspalt, Hallertau Mittlefruh
Yeast: Weihenstephan 34/70
Appearance: Hazy golden with a lasting white head
Aroma: Marmalade, hay, grassy and floral, with a mild spice background
Taste: Sweet crackery malt, bergamot, wet hay, spicy, firm bitterness that enhances the crisp dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium low body, crisp carbonation, firm bitterness, dry, resinous hop
Overall: A crisp, clean, bitter lager with a strong aroma and flavour of European hops.
