For our Ides #69, we brewed an English Pale Mild Ale. With notes of crackery malt, toffee, and white grapes, this beer has a pleasant fruitiness.

Although light-bodied, it has a round maltiness with just enough bitterness to round it out, leaving you with a slightly sweet, yet still crisp finish.

This ides release is an easy-drinking, malty English ale made for a nice long session - a perfect way to start off the year!

A great tribute!

Hi, the beer is fantastic and the tribute is amazing! I am actually Whipper’s (Bill’s) grandson. I was so surprised and excited when I learned of this great tribute to him. He was an amazing man and a great inspiration in my life. I am so thankful for your recognition of him and I really do love the beer! I plan to go and find more at my local LCBO if I can find some.
