Ides 94: Northmen

This blonde lager is a North American take on the classic Czech pale lager. It is made using a European lager yeast along with North American hops to enhance the fruit character—orange, melon, and citrus.

The end result is a refreshing and easy-to-drink lager that has a balance of malt and hop flavours.
